How do I know that my order has been confirmed?
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail as soon as your purchase has been approved.
Can I change my order?
We can change or remove goods from your order if it has not arrived and been processed by our warehouse.
Forgot Password
Click on? "Log in" and said? "Forgot your password". Fill in the email you registered with and we'll send you a link to follow to change your password.
Delivery time
The delivery normally takes between 1-4 working days after the package has been sent from us. In periods of high demand, the delivery time may be somewhat longer. If you have not received your package within 12 days, you as the customer are responsible for contacting us. We use the postal company Bring for our deliveries. Bring delivers the package to your nearest post office. If you do not pick up your package at the post office and the order is returned to us, you will be charged a fee of NOK 250.
What does shipping cost?
Fixed shipping of NOK 79 for service package on all orders in the online store. All packages are sent with tracking.
Returns and right of withdrawal
According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you have full right of withdrawal for 14 days after you have received your order. For collection in store, the right of withdrawal starts to run 5 working days after the order is registered and you are notified that the package is ready for collection. The right of withdrawal applies even if the goods are on sale. Attached to all orders is a return form, which must be used. When returning, the item must be unused, the tags must be on and the item must be returned in its original packaging.
